Responsibilities
- Design and implement industrial automation systems.
- Manage automation projects from start to finish.
- Program and integrate PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systems.
- Troubleshoot automation problems and reduce downtime.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers.
- Prepare technical documents and system designs.
- Ensure safety, quality and industry standards.
- Recommend new automation technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics or related field.
- 5–10 years of automation engineering experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Required Skills
- Strong PLC, SCADA and industrial control knowledge.
- Experience with Ladder Logic, Structured Text or IEC 61131-3.
- Good knowledge of electrical and control systems.
- Experience with CAD and simulation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and project management skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of ISO, IEC and safety standards.
