Main Responsibilities And Duties
- To participate & involve in technical support on system setup, maintenance, troubleshooting/ debugging of automated test instruments/ equipment’s.
- To implement & improve customer support’s plan as well as establishing good customer relationship to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- To update & maintain detailed documentation prior to service tasking execution including process FMEA, process control plans and working instructions.
- To develop & maintain service standards, SOPs and policies in accordance with the company quality policy.
- To resolve technical issues and to meet customers’ requirement.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering related discipline, preferably in Electronic/ Electrical/ Microelectronic/ Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 2-3 year(s) working experience in providing technical service & hands-on support in industrial automation related field.
- Knowledge in techniques in system set-up, buy-off, principles, tools & instruments, schematic & control drawings, technical diagrams & models.
- Responsible; customer-service oriented and detail-oriented.
- A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia and oversea (if required).
- Willing to work long & irregular hours (if required).
