JOB OBJECTIVE
Assist HR Section Head in implementing Human Resources Policy and Procedure,
ensure compliance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Maintain and update human resources system that meets with top management
information needs. - Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human
resources functions and ensure compliance to policies, procedures and other
government rules and regulations. - Keep analytical records and administer employee benefit such as insurance
coverage and claim, recruitment and advertisement, and personal details. - Plan and conduct orientation for new employee ensure understanding of
company rules and regulation, company mission and related term and condition. - Coordinate for recruitment, interview and hiring. Plan open interview with related
education institution to recruit fresh students and promote PCMB group as
desired working place. - Explain to employees on fringe benefits and ensure all employees know and
received their benefits entitlement on time. - Lead Pentamaster Activities Committee (PAC) and organize activities for all
employee’s participation. - Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and HR programs.
- Responsible for administer, update and maintain record of HR system database
such as HRMS, EFS, and LMS and others. - Administer all training conducted and ensure record of Training in TMS and all
training successfully claim from HRD Corp or government grant. - Responsible for update and maintain company organization chart.
- Assist in administrating the safety and health requirements.
- Assist fellow departments and subsidiaries, in any way the Department can, to
the best of its ability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business
Administration. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, able to work in independent
without any supervisory. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be computer literate.
- Familiar with current government regulations, employment and labor law in
Malaysia. - High initiative, drive, commitment and independence.
