MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Perform production, assembly, packaging, labelling and inspection activities according to approved Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and production schedules.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and immediately report any defects, abnormalities or non-conforming products to the Supervisor.
- Perform in-process visual inspection and basic quality checks during production.
- Complete production records, batch records, logbooks and other required documentation accurately and timely.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area.
- Handle raw materials, components and finished goods carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
- Comply with gowning procedures and cleanroom requirements where applicable.
- Assist in production line setup, line clearance and changeover activities.
- Support stock counting and material reconciliation activities when required.
- Report machine malfunction, material shortages, safety hazards or production issues to the immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM / SPMV or equivalent.
- Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a cleanroom or GMP environment is preferred.
