JOB OBJECTIVE
- Provide support to engineering team in ensuring all parts arrive on time for machine assembly, refurbish or retrofit.
- Perform machine testing with supervision from Engineer.
- Ensuring all assigned assembly tasks is completed with compliance to quality, schedule and budget requirements within company goals to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Ensure to maintain 5S of individual working area.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide support to the Superior and Engineers.
- Follow the guideline and procedure closely and produce quality work.
- Explore improvement opportunities and makes proposals for corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain a proper technical recording and test data.
- Provide guidance to new or Junior Technician & help them by providing solution or others technical information.
- Take the responsibility and accountability on the job area assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Optical
- Able to handle tasks or assignments independently.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related technical work.
- Should be responsible.
- Familiar with Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Functional Generator, Spectrometer (for Optical Technician) and other test instruments.
- Technical knowledge in Electronics and strong soldering skills.
- Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills.
- CAD software tools.
- Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
