JOB OBJECTIVE
The Sale Executive is responsible for responding to customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.
He/she is required to supports and coordinate customer enquiries from customers, representatives and requests from overseas branch, partners and agents. Also responsible for general sales administration and sales documentation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Attend and respond effectively to customer inquiries, coordinating with the sourcing team to obtain the latest costs, generate sales quotations, and close follow-up to ensure PO obtained.
- Attend to customer request efficiently and manage allocated accounts to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
- To ensure customer orders are processed timely without further delay,
- Provide up to date report and progress on sales activities including customer information.
- Support in communication and coordination of post-sales feedback and enquire from customer.
- Provide assistance to the marketing team when required.
- Carry out any duties as assigned by Superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, International Business or equivalent.
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in sales.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skill
- MS Office
- Good personality and disposition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (able to communicate effectively with personnel of all levels).
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good team player.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin would be an added advantage.)
