Senior / Staff Test Application Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Develop ATE hardware, software, and test sequences based on customer requirements.
  • Work with engineers, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Design test methods and software architecture for ATE systems.
  • Troubleshoot ATE, hardware, and software issues and provide solutions.
  • Analyze test data and improve system performance and manufacturing yield.
  • Conduct testing, research, prototyping, and proof of concept.
  • Guide and support junior engineers.
  • Manage equipment, components, and supplier purchases.
  • Lead projects from planning and development to testing, buyoff, and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer
  • Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, or C++.
  • Good programming and software architecture skills.
  • Knowledge of ATE hardware, PCB, and test instruments.
